AEP is developing agreements for 350 MW of the 211 MW Texas wind and solar project, which is scheduled for commercial operation in December. The project will first be connected to the LCRA system of a 345 kV line in McCulloch County, Texas, eventually replaced by LCRA`s new Bow Wood substation.
